Do you offer custom creations?

Gifting

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do! Click here to shop for digital gift cards.

I want to order a gift, do you offer gift wrapping? Gift receipts?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but each piece arrives beautifully packaged and is suitable for gift giving. We do not offer gift receipts at this time.

To return a gift, please ship the item back and email us at info@chouettedesigns.com with the item and order number. We can use this as a store credit for your next selection.

 

Materials and Care

What is Demi-fine jewelry?

Demi-fine jewelry is the bridge between fashion and fine jewelry. Demi-fine jewelry utilizes precious materials like sterling silver and gold plating. Fine jewelry utilizes solid gold materials, and fashion jewelry utilizes any medium like brass, resin, clay, etc. 

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Our product is sterling silver and gold plated, so the best way to keep your piece looking great is to avoid sweating, bathing or sleeping in them. Give them an occasional polish with a silver polishing cloth and avoid ultrasonic cleaners. 

 

Return/Exchanges

What is the return process like? 

Return shipping labels are included with each order shipped in the US in the event that you don’t love it. Please return with all original packaging, with no signs of wear within 30 days of original purchase. The prepaid return label will expire after 30 days from purchase. If you have questions, or want to process a return on an international order, please email us at info@chouettedesigns.com.

How long will it take for my return be processed? When will I receive my refund?

Once your item has arrived back to us, please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be returned back to your account.

What is your exchange policy?

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we recommend returning the item that did not work and making a new purchase. For assistance, please email us at info@chouettedesigns.com

How do I return a gifted piece?

A return label is included in your package. Please ship the item back and email us at info@chouettedesigns.com with the item and order number. The item will be credited back to the original form of purchase or store credit.

Do you offer repairs?

We do not offer repair services at this time, though we are working to in the future. We recommend any Fast Fix location for simple repairs.

How do I find out my ring size?

What if I don’t I see my size/my size is sold out?

We’d love your feedback so we can stock better next time! Please click the link below to tell us what size we’re missing, or if your size is sold out. Our long-term goal is to have a better depth of product in every size, and to add even more sizes to our offering. Contact us for more information.

 

Shipping/Handling

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking when your item ships. If you don’t receive this tracking, please reach out to us at info@chouettedesigns.com.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow 4-10 business days for US shipping, and 10-18 business days for international shipping

Is expedited shipping available?

Yes, we offer expedited 1-2 day US shipping via UPS for a fee of $20. 

Can we ship anywhere in the world? Where do you ship to?

We ship to the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, France, Germany, South Africa and more!

How is my order shipped?

Your order is shipped via USPS or UPS and may require a signature.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Please contact us at info@chouettedesigns.com as soon as you know your shipping address is incorrect. If we have not already shipped your item, we can make the adjustment. Unfortunately, once the item has shipped we are unable to make changes. 

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us at info@chouettedesigns.com as soon as you’d like to cancel. If we have not already shipped your item, we can make the cancellation. Unfortunately we cannot cancel the order once the item has shipped, but we would be happy to process a return.

Do holidays change the shipping times?

We always work to get your US order to you within 4-10 business days, however, during peak holiday times in December, please allow up to 12 business days. For international delivery, please allow up to 25 business days during peak shipping times.

Is signature required upon delivery? 

We require a signature upon delivery for any order over $500, and all custom orders.
